You can install RegCure by opening the executable file you received when downloading the program. Follow the steps as determined by your operating system.
During the installation you have the ability to choose the components you want to install. When you come to the Components page you can choose the Default installation or the Custom one.
With the type of install field set to Default (recommended), click the Next button.
Alternatively, you can choose a Custom installation.
The Custom install components you can choose from are as follows.

The following are recommendations and notes related to the install components.
We recommend including this component as you receive the latest product and database updates. You can configure RegCure to provide prompts before downloading the update. See General Setting 5 for more information. Alternatively, you can clear this option and check for updates manually.
Also, scheduling RegCure scans to occur on a regular basis is a good way to automate scanning and have it occur on a time of your choosing. You can create a scheduled scan after installing the program. See Schedule Scans for more information.
A desktop icon is useful when you want to manually start the program and it is a quicker alternative to launching from the Windows Start menu. See Start and Exit the Program for more information. You can create a desktop icon manually after the installation. You will need to drag-and-drop the RegCure icon from the Start menu to the desktop.
This is useful if you want to start RegCure each time you login to your system. See General Setting 6 for more information.
The Quick Launch bar is located next to the Windows Start button. It is useful for launching applications when you have windows open on your desktop and cannot easily access desktop icons. You can choose to manually create a RegCure icon in the Quick Launch area; you will need to drag-and-drop the RegCure desktop icon to the Quick Launch bar.
Note: Microsoft Windows 7 does not have a Quick Launch bar by default. You need to manually create one as per the operating instructions.
