Keyword List

As an administrator you can identify the keywords that are acceptable for the selected user profile by configuring the Keyword List page.

To open the Keyword List page, do the following:

  1. Open the Control Panel and click the Profiles link.
  2. Select a user profile.
  3. Click the Keyword List tab.

Allowed Keywords

You can enter keywords to the Allowed Keywords list that you know are acceptable for the selected user.

To add a keyword to this list, do the following:

  1. In the Allowed Keyword section, type a keyword in the text box provided.
  2. Click the Add To List button.

Blocked Keywords

You can enter keywords to the Blocked Keyword list that you want to block this user from accessing.

To add a keyword to the Blocked Keywords list, do the following:

  1. In the Blocked Keywords section, type a keyword in the text box provided.
  2. Click the Add To List button.

Remove

You can also remove any entry that you previously added to either list.

To remove a keyword from either list, do the following:

  1. Select a keyword in the display list.
  2. Click the Remove From List button.
