Reports

As an administrator you can generate reports for any or all user profiles. Reports can include total online time for a specific period, the sites viewed, the websites or web content blocked, and more. With ParetoLogic PGsurfer you have the option to view, print, or even email the report.

There are three steps involved including selecting the type of report, selecting a time period, and then viewing the results. You can also choose to print or email the report findings.

Step 1

Select the type of report by doing the following:
  1. In the Reports page, select a report type.
  2. Click the Create Report button.

Create report for

Any one user profile including the Administrator.

Create a report for all profiles

All the active user profiles.

Step 2

Select a time period or date range for the report by doing the following:

  1. Select one of the following radio button options:
    • Select a time period for the report
    • Select a date
  2. Enter the time or date range information using the available drop down arrows.

Choose either a 7 day or 28 day time period.

Date:

Select a From: date and a To: date.

Step 3

View the results of the report, make any changes to it, and print or email it. The report results are automatically displayed. You can modify the settings in Step 2 and refresh the results.

To refresh the report findings, do the following:

Click the Refresh Report button.

Once you have the report settings finalized you can choose to print or email the findings.

To print the report, do the following:

  1. Click the Print button and configure the print properties according to your printer.
  2. Click OK in the Print dialog.

To email the report:

  1. Click the Email button.
  2. In the email that is displayed, fill in the necessary information and send it.

You can also choose to modify the settings of the report and refresh the report.
