Profiles

The Profiles page is the central page for performing such actions as adding, deleting, and editing user profiles. As the administrator, you can open the Control Panel and view all the user profiles you previously created. You can select a user profile, view the general settings for that user, choose to delete the profile, or edit the settings.

Add

You can add a new user. We recommend having a user name and password ready beforehand. When you are ready, see Add a User Profile to get started.

Delete

You can easily delete a user profile.

To delete a user profile, do the following:

  1. In the Control Panel, select the Profiles link.
  2. Select the user profile you wish to delete.
  3. Click the Delete Profile option located at the bottom left of the Profiles page.
  4. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.

View and Edit Settings

You can view and edit the login settings for any user, rename the user profile, or adjust the Website Sensitivity level. See General Profile Settings to find out how. You can also revise any of the Internet limits you have set for a user.

To revise the Internet settings for a user, do the following:

  1. Open the Control Panel and select the Profiles link.
  2. Select a user profile.
  3. Select one of the links listed on the left.
  4. Change the User Profile settings.
  5. Click Apply to save the changes.

See Setting Limits for a list of the User Profile settings and to find out more about each.
