Have the following information ready beforehand:
- A full description of the problem
- What you were doing with the application when the problem occurred
- The product version number. Click the About button to view the version number
- The configuration of your computer as it applies to the issue including hardware, operating system, and supporting software applications
Log File Creation
You may be asked to submit a log file by our technical support team.
To create a log file, do the following:
- From the Main window, select About.
- Click the Save Log File for Support Request.
- Click Yes.
A log file will be created to your desktop.
