  • The product version number. Click the About button to view the version number

Log File Creation

You may be asked to submit a log file by our technical support team.

To create a log file, do the following:

  1. From the Main window, select About.
  2. Click the Save Log File for Support Request.
  3. Click Yes.

A log file will be created to your desktop.
