"... I knew all about data-recovery software but I had never used it on my personal computer and did not even own a copy of any data recovery software. The twins were born on Friday, and I began the process of data recovery Saturday afternoon. I searched the Internet for data recovery services and of course found dozens of them in the Chicago area. Most charged hundreds of dollars to recovery any type of missing data. So I began looking for down-loadable user-friendly software.
