Rules and Regulations
- Limit one winner per household.
- Sale is defined as a single purchase, regardless of the number of products included in that transaction: i.e.: bundle purchases will count as a single sale only.
- Sales per day include net transactions only, and are valid for ParetoLogic FileCure, DriverCure, and
PC Health Advisor transactions only. Refunded transactions and chargebacks are not valid towards total. Prizes will be awarded no sooner than 30 days after the contest end date to allow for refunded transactions. - Prize cars are subject to availability. Winners may choose to receive stated cash alternative if desired.
- Winners are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, shipping, and surcharges.
- Contest runs from August 15 until January 15. Any consecutive three month period in that time counts
towards total. - Ferrari, Audi, Porsche, Range Rover, Lexus, Nissan, Subaru, Ducati or BMW are not endorsing, sponsoring,
or otherwise affiliated with this promotion. - All winning affiliates must provide ParetoLogic with their contact details to claim their prize. They permit ParetoLogic to contact them to inform them of relevant offers and information.
