Tom Cervasio recently had the ParetoLogic team feeling a lot like Sally Fields did at the 1985 Oscars. Impressed by ParetoLogic's outstanding customer care and quality products, the client not only penned some kind words of thanks to the company, but also created an image in Photoshop as a tribute. The amount of work Cervasio put into expressing his appreciation made the ParetoLogic team feel greatly honoured.
"The time and effort Tom spent on expressing his appreciation for our products and services is outstanding," said Elton Pereira, ParetoLogic's CEO and co-founder. "We are very humbled and proud to have inspired him. At ParetoLogic, we put a lot of hard work into trying to make software that helps people. We are very pleased so see that all of that effort is paying off."
ParetoLogic's Customer Care and Support Team greatly contributed to Cervasio's positive experience. The team is available to answer a wide variety of questions and strives to assure client satisfaction.
As well, Cervasio was pleased with the performance of XoftSpySE Anti-Spyware and RegCure Registry Cleaner. After being bothered by computer problems, such as annoying pop-ups that forced his PC into Safe Mode, he turned to ParetoLogic. Cervasio was so impressed that he recommended ParetoLogic to his friends and stated, "My Norton antivirus program never had Clue 1."
Of the image he created using Photoshop, Cervasio wrote, "I did it for you out of sheer gratitude for being able to use my computer so much more efficiently and effectively."
He went on to explain his inspiration for the image:
"I digitally painted in a monument of solid gold circuits and a CPU image (sort of, stretched in the center) emerging triumphantly from the shadows below, where the ZLobs and a lot of other bottom-feeders once lurked, and from which you saved my suffering HP Pavilion Tower. The monumental building in the background is a mirror-reflection and polar axis 12-point transformation of a Raphael painting of some gawdawful 1500s Venetian Palace."
