Position: Senior Software Engineer/Developer/Programmer 3 Positions Available Job Description As a Senior Developer, you will be a key member of a new and rapidly growing company that delivers high quality, consumer and value-added privacy and security solutions worldwide. Your primary responsibilities will be to participate in the design, testing and development of various software applications. Experience Minimum of 5 years of project management and technical experience preferably within the technology/software industry. Must have proven experience and advanced knowledge in the technical analysis and development of software applications, new technologies and operational processes. The candidate is required to work closely with the Project Manager to define, design, and implement applications and new technology within specified time frames. The successful candidate will be experienced in the following: Highly skilled in software engineering/programming practices, principles, techniques & tools. In-depth knowledge of various programming methodologies. Very experienced in C++ programming and comfortable with other languages including J2EE, Java, EJB, .NET, PHP, and ASP. Experience with application server, database server and/or architecture of the system being developed Oracle / Transact-SQL DBA and design experience Strong problem solving capabilities and technically proficient. Ability to complete comprehensive work analysis, create work flow charts and implement plans according to detailed specifications. Analytical and Innovative thinker who has experience in analyzing complex issues, interpret operational requirements and create and implement comprehensive project strategies and innovative solutions. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and oral skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment. Solid work ethic, results oriented, consistent over-achiever. Self-motivated, confident, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive marketplace. Responsibilities Write the source code and complete project development from inception through to delivery. Analyze, design, modify, develop and execute on software architecture projects. Manage and implement system testing to ensure that quality standards are met and customer requirements are fulfilled. Communicate with the Project Manager and other programmers to ensure projects are carried out in an effective and efficient manner. Ensure short and long term goals, objectives, operating procedures and policies are adhered to. Qualifications A four-year Bachelor in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Programming Training and Certification or IT specialty is required. A minimum of five years Programming experience is required. Microsoft Certifications are desirable.
